Lea applied a 3 layer colour-wash using warm and burnt shades, creating a
welcoming and 'lived in' atmosphere in an otherwise lifeless room. (A common problem solved for brand new homes.) 
The fitted unit in this room has a stone-effect painted to match
the real stone fire mantle on the left of the picture. (See below)
